As part of the project's activities, we are establishing a network of institutions that cover work with young people with special needs, young people in need, victims of violence, young people with caring responsibilities and other personal circumstances.

It is important for the labor market to ensure the smooth flow of young people equipped with the appropriate knowledge, skills, professional and transferable competences and an appropriate approach to work. At the same time, there is a need for young people to become aware of the constant addition and upgrading of their knowledge and to acquire competencies for career management (career management) and to prepare for lifelong learning. The challenges faced by a special group of students outside of this city are so much greater.
